Below you will find some frequently asked questions that will help you with your order.

Registration on our site is necessary so that we can process the order you want to place. To be precise, information such as address, telephone number and e-mail are required for the order to be delivered. Also, by registering, you have a faster order completion time without having to enter the same information each time, you have access to your order history, you can create your own wish list and have as many delivery addresses as you want.

a) When you place a new order, you receive a confirmation email that the order was successfully placed.

b) When your order is processed and the collection of its products begins, you will receive a new e-mail with the estimated delivery time.

c) when your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail with the exact delivery time.

You can order online at any time by clicking on the “Add to Cart” option next to each product. You can also order by phone or by email by contacting us. 

You can make any changes you want to your order until it is delivered to the carrier. You can add or remove a product or even replace a product you have ordered.

In any case, the change can be made either by contacting us by phone or via e-mail. When you want to add or replace a product, the shipping time of the order changes as the process for the product you just added starts again. You can see details about the shipping methods in SHIPPING METHODS

You can pay using any of the following methods:

  • By cash on delivery, i.e. by paying in cash upon delivery of your order,
  • With debit/credit card online.
  • By depositing the value of your order into our bank account which you will receive via email.

There is the possibility of receiving the order in a gift wrapping for someone other than the one who placed the order. In order to send a gift, simply inform us when your order is being processed.

For each simple shipment, the courier charge is €3.90 and the cash on delivery is €2.50. For orders over €40.00, shipping is free for the customer.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the products. More
