Ordering Methods

Your order is considered received by BAILA from the moment you receive notification of it using the email address and/or by phone at the number you have registered when placing your order. During the processing of each registered order, the availability of stock of the products you ordered is also confirmed. BAILA is obliged to inform you in a timely manner in the event of unavailability or change in the shipping time of the order. The listed prices of the various products available through baila.gr include the legal VAT. The prices of the products listed on baila.gr may change at any time without notice but without being valid for the order that has already been registered. The listed prices of the products are valid for purchases only from baila.gr. The various product offers listed through baila.gr are valid only for orders placed through baila.gr even if the products are picked up from the company's physical store and until stocks run out. In the event that a small or limited stock of a discounted product has been made available, BAILA reserves the reasonable right to execute the relevant orders based on the satisfaction of as many of its customers as possible and in order of priority of receiving the order.

BAILA strives to provide you with high quality products and services, however, and in good faith, it is not responsible or liable for any errors or mistakes in information, features or photos as well as product prices listed on baila.gr and cannot guarantee that there will be no errors for any reason when entering and/or updating the data of a product. Please contact the company by phone or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] if you find any errors or mistakes in the specification of a product before proceeding with your order. The customer must have registered the required information for verification of his identity.

BAILA reserves the right to register the customer's personal information (excluding the secret security code - Password) so that it can inform its customers about its products without abusing this right. BAILA guarantees the safekeeping of these details and is committed to not disclosing them to third parties. You are solely responsible for the selection of a product and its suitability for the purposes or applications for which you have selected it.

Cancel order

You can cancel your order at any stage of completion and within 24 hours of receiving it by calling us and then confirming the cancellation by sending an email to [email protected].

Order delivery and product ownership

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to you at the location you have indicated to us in the Order Form. The shipping costs and the Shipping Method concern the customer. BAILA is not bound by the shipping costs imposed by each shipping company even in the event that there is information about the shipping costs of a specific shipping company through baila.gr. This data belongs to the shipping companies without binding BAILA. BAILA will make every effort to send you the products within 1-4 working (Monday to Friday) days. Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment.
