Shipping Method and Cost

BAILA ships its goods in collaboration with a courier company. Domestic shipments are usually made in 1 to 3 business days.

Shipments to Cyprus are usually made in 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer according to the following:

Domestic shipping costs: €3.90 (including VAT)
Shipping costs to Cyprus: €18.50 (including VAT)

For shipping to remote or inaccessible areas, we will contact you to inform you of the corresponding additional cost, if any.

BAILA shall not be liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond BAILA’s control or due to force majeure and shall be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Examples may include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier/transport/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such circumstances continue for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

BAILA reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The modification or renewal will be effective from the moment this text is updated with any change.

Payment methods

A. WITH PAYMENT

To pay for your order upon receipt by the Courier company, you will have to pay cash on delivery costs:

  • For domestic shipments €2.50 (including VAT)
  • For shipments to Cyprus €6.50 (including VAT)

B. BY DEPOSIT TO A BANK ACCOUNT

You can, if you prefer, pay for your purchases by depositing into one of our Company's bank accounts below and inform us in one of the following ways:
a) by sending an e-mail to notify that the deposit has been made to [email protected]
(the name of the depositor must be indicated on the deposit slip),
b) by phone at 24310.63623.

Please note that in case of sending the payment from another bank, check "sender's fees" and not "both or recipient's" because the transfer ends up with a lower value and it is not possible to execute your order until it is fully paid.

C. USING A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

You can, if you prefer, pay for your purchases by charging either a credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or a debit or prepaid card issued by a recognized Greek or foreign Bank, which the Company accepts for transactions. The payment is made in one go and the credit card is charged after checking and certifying the details and its validity upon approval and acceptance of the order by the COMPANY, which entails the preparation of the sale (the charge can then be made even in the event that one or more of the items are not immediately available and must be ordered from suppliers). The customer is the single responsible for the correct recording and truthfulness of the credit card details and the COMPANY bears no responsibility in the event of an error.
