Withdrawal – Product Returns – Consumer Rights

You have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge and without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, under the following terms and conditions: The return must be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are accepted provided that you have contacted BAILA on the same day or the next business day. The returned product must be in the same condition in which you received it, in its full original packaging as delivered to you by the shipping company. In order for the return to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are reflected in the purchase document. If the conditions are met and the product return is accepted, the consumer is entitled to a refund in cash or by crediting an account that will be notified to BAILA. The customer's refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product.

No refund will be given to a customer when they return a product that was on sale at the time of the order (i.e. when they purchased it)!
